An interesting involved story that explains the beginning of the city of Wobegon and continues to its purpose today. The story breaks down into chapters that cover certain themes like Home, New Albion, Spring and Revival. As the town’s doings gets closer to present day, the story becomes concerned with a main character “Johnny”. The chapters break down into different tales that deal with each theme that are very amusing as well as involved. This truly would be a difficult undertaking because of the intricacy of the stories especially there detail. My favorite section centered on a Boys School and a Bear. It is a difficult read because it covers so much material. However, I do recommend and found it to be very enjoyable. Also, when I had finished it, I felt like I had really accomplished something.
