-pgs: 347

An easy read but highly entertaining because it is full of mystery, action, adventure and romance. One thing Evanovich is good at is creating memorable characters which this book is full of. Normally, the “Full” stories are centered on the life of Max and Jamie. These two play minor roles in this story. Instead, the focus of this story is on Maggie the city’s doctor and FBI Agent Zack Madden and her escaped ex-boyfriend who has been convicted of murder. Last, the mystery in the story is the secret she has safe guarded for 13 years. You can just imagine what could happen with Evanovich’s imagination and sense of humor.

From the same woman who wrote the mystery series with numbers. This is also an action thriller full of surprise and mystery. This story is set up in a small town and its two main characters are very imaginative and mostly believable. The story centers around Jamie Swift (a newspaper editor) and Max Holt (a mysterious millionaire) and their attempts to solve who has been using their personal ads sections as a way to murder women. The story is enhanced by the love triangle between Max and Jamie. The only unrealistic thing that occurred in this story is centered around Max’s car which has a computer in it and is more advanced then Knight Rider’s computer.
