An interesting story about the life of the Bovary family. Full of betrayal, love, adultery, deceit and the honor of one family. The story centers around Madame Bovary, a woman stuck in a mundane life but destined for greatness in her mind. It is her transgressions that bring about the downfall of her family. In addition, this story also tells the story of the Bovary neighbors who fare considerable better than them. A very interesting story that at time is slow and hard to follow.
